Keep in mind this course is 7 weeks long for the guided portion and 5 weeks after that self-guided, BUT each week is only Monday - Friday and only takes 5-10 minutes each day to listen to. So literally the trainings are something you could listen to in the carpool lane or during nap time….ANY super busy Momma can take this course easily! It is also self-guided so if you need more than 7 weeks, that is FINE! You don’t have to rush it!
